What does the ‘Iké Brilliant Assistance’ package cost?

The program costs $7.50 USD (seven dollars and fifty cents) (VAT included).

What assistance do I get when purchasing this package?

We offer many assistance services when purchasing your package. You’ll have travel assistance, medical assistance, roadside assistance, and an insurance plan that includes life insurance and medical expenses.

How long am I covered by this program?

You will be covered for a total of 17 (seventeen) days. 7 days before your reservation and 10 days after it.

What happens if I change the date of my visit?

If you make any changes to the date of your visit, the assistance program isn’t lost. We can change it to the date of your choice.

If I have an emergency, what number can I call?

The telephone number to report an emergency and request assistance is 55 9063 3720. This telephone number is on your welcome certificate, which you can print from your email. The telephone coordinator will request your name to give you the attention.

If I don't buy the assistance package and something happens to me, can I buy it at that moment?

Unfortunately you will not be able to purchase it. If an accident happens and you did not purchase the product, we will not be able to grant your request for assistance.

What happens if they want to charge me a difference for the towing service?

If you are charged a difference, it will be because you exceeded the maximum amount we can pay for you. In this case, the difference must be paid directly to the tow truck driver.

If for some reason they do not give me the assistance, will you refund me what I pay?

That is correct. If for some reason, any assistance requested according to the program is not provided, we will be responsible for reimbursing you for any expense you may have incurred.
